Q: What is the chief end of man?
A: Man's chief end is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever.
We were created by God and for God, for His glory and for His joy. Our souls find their truest and deepest delight in worshipping our Creator and Redeemer. Our worship service is focused on honoring God and hearing from Him. We offer to Him the praise He is due and we seek to know Him better through His Word.
Teaching His Word
If we want to know God, we must know Him through His Word. It is His Word which reveals Christ to us fully and shows us God's will for our lives. At Faith PCA, our sermons are always based on God's Word and focused on Christ. In addition, we study His Word together in Sunday School, evening worship, mid-week Bible studies and more. We want to be a community shaped and led by His Word.
Reflecting His Love
One of the most important things God's Word teaches us is that we are to love one another. Jesus said it was the second great commandment and the world will know that we are His disciples by the love we show for one another. We seek to reflect the love we have received through acts of service and times of fellowship. Through our fellowship and service, we are growing into a living demonstration of Christ's love.
Jesus calls those who know Him to spread the Good News of His Kingdom to the ends of the earth, making disciples out of every nation. From local outreach efforts here to missionaries in New Zealand and Peru, Faith is committed to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
